If you should have a non-emergent, but still urgent and time-sensitive medical need arise that requires you speak with one of our providers, please call our office number at (757) 873-2000 and leave a message with the requested information on the voicemail.  The provider on call for Oyster Point Family Practice will return your call within 30 minutes.  Thank you for your cooperation and adherence to this policy change!

MEDICATION REFILLS AFTER-HOURS

Medication refills will not be handled by the physicians on call except in extreme cases.  Please contact the office during normal business hours to request medication refills.  Please plan ahead for your prescription refills and talk to your doctor or nurse during business hours.
